All of our sourdough is made by hand at our in-house bakery in Hertfordshire by our doughnut experts and patisserie chefs. This also includes all of our glazes, icings, fillings, jams and compotes. Made fresh everyday and delivered every morning. We source the finest ingredients from around the globe based on sustainability and seasonality, this gives our sourdough doughnuts a mouthwatering speciality flavour.

We’ve teamed up with the alchemists of Northern Bl°c Cream to create the mouth-watering show stopper that is our Ice Cream Sandwich - bold-flavoured, real, incredible- tasting ice cream, sandwiched between our fresh sourdough heaven!
Northern Bl°c are relentless in their quest for perfection too. In fact, they tried at least ten versions of their vegan chocolate and orange blossom ice cream before they were happy with it. That’s why we know you’ll be happy with it too.
Their Chef, Manolo, has his own purpose-built lab in an old mill in the north of England where he’s creating amazing new flavours of vegan and dairy ice creams, techniques and experiences.
